Michelle is amazing. We’ve purchased two homes with her help. One our next family home and the other a rental property. She was incredibly helpful with both purchases. We especially appreciated her knowledge of income properties and helping us find the right neighborhood and rental comps in the area. Our family home is a new build in a brand new development and she has been instrumental in helping us keep on top of the building process. I also must mention that we have bought both of these homes while living out of state. While we travelled to the Nashville, TN area to do the house search, we couldn’t have finished both purchases without her expertise and organization.
